Recruiter

The Recruiter supports external clients across multiple industry sectors by managing the end-to-end recruitment process for entry-level and mid-level candidates. Focusing primarily on industrial and clerical roles, this position handles a moderate volume of recruitment with occasional hires, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and effective client communication throughout. Will also be assisting in the social media marketing for the company (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for various roles within industrial and clerical sectors
• Screen and evaluate candidate applications to match client requirements
• Create and manage job postings to attract suitable talent
• Communicate regularly with clients to understand needs and provide updates
• Support onboarding processes to ensure seamless candidate integration
