We are seeking one dedicated Machine Operator to support production operations and uphold our standards of excellence.
Hours & Pay
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–11:00 PM
- Pay: $19–$20 per hour, based on experience
- Training: 1st shift hours
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate output
- Assemble components according to specifications and production requirements
- Perform deburring and finishing operations to remove excess material and sharp edges
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality and specification compliance
- Conduct routine equipment cleaning, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and lockout/tagout protocols
- Accurately complete production, quality, and equipment documentation
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2 years of machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with assembly and deburring is a plus
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic maintenance tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read and follow safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
