What You'll Need To Bring
- Strong hands-on TIG and/or MIG welding experience
- Experience working in manufacturing or production environments
- Ability to produce high-quality welds with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial setting
- Reliable transportation and shift flexibility required
Candidates must complete an onsite weld test during the interview process and must bring their own welding hood and PPE. Candidates not prepared for hands-on testing will not be considered.
What A Shift Looks Like
- Perform TIG and/or MIG welding on production and prototype parts
- Weld stainless steel and other metals to quality specifications
- Set up fixtures and perform layout work for fabrication runs
- Operate program welding equipment for production units
- Support high-volume manufacturing and welding operations
- Ensure welds meet destructive and non-destructive testing standards
- Maintain welding certifications and follow all safety procedures
- Assist with additional shop and production duties as assigned
