- Bringing a diploma or GED (an Associate degree in a technical field is a bonus)
- Demonstrated high performance as an operator or previous experience in a leadership role.
- Staying on your feet, lifting 50 lbs, and keeping the pace all shift
- Knowing the safety rules and making sure your crew follows them
- Running the daily ops - coordinate schedules, participate in quality control activities, coordinate and monitor the flow of raw materials and finished goods, assist with new operator training
- Keeping shifts covered and running smoothly
- Tracking orders, inventory, and shipments to stay on point
- Coaching your crew and keeping the floor moving
