Requirements:
- 1 year of picker packer & walkie rider experience
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Steel-toes
- Able to start immediately
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Previous experience in order processing, customer service, shipping, logistics, or warehouse support preferred
- Strong data entry accuracy and computer skills
- Experience with WMS, ERP, or inventory systems preferred
- Basic knowledge of shipping procedures and documentation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong organization and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
The Daily Grind (aka What You'll Do):
- Enter customer orders into WMS, ERP, or order management systems
- Review orders for correct pricing, quantities, and shipping details
- Verify product availability and coordinate inventory needs
- Generate pick tickets, packing lists, bills of lading, and shipping labels
- Coordinate with picking, packing, and shipping teams for order fulfillment
- Resolve order discrepancies, shortages, or data entry issues
- Communicate order status, backorders, and shipping updates to customers and internal teams
- Work with carriers on shipment scheduling and special delivery requirements
- Maintain accurate records and complete documentation
- Support fast, efficient, and accurate outbound shipping processes
