- High school diploma or GED
- Clean driving and criminal record
- Physical and emotional resilience to provide compassionate care
- Willingness to train across multiple shifts for 9 days before settling into your regular schedule
- Commitment to following policies and ensuring client safety and well-being
- Ability to work varied shifts
Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, including hygiene, meal preparation, and household chores
- Support transportation needs and encourage community involvement
- Follow detailed care and support plans to promote independence and personal choice
- Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful residential environment
- Accurately document care services and observations
- Respond calmly and effectively during emergencies, including severe weather or disasters
- Lift and assist with physical support up to 50 lbs
