Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate who is bilingual in Chinese to join our fast-paced distribution center team. Your proactive approach and strong communication skills will help streamline order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and materials handling processes.
Responsibilities
- Perform inventory tasks, including stock counting and inventory control.
- Pick, pack, and label parcels accurately according to customer orders.
- Handle materials safely during receiving, stocking, and shipping activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment to optimize space utilization.
- Support daily operations and assist the Warehouse Supervisor as needed.
Requirements
- No experience required (We welcome fresh candidates!).
- Strong awareness of warehouse safety practices.
- Must be 21 years of age or older (Required for compliance with tobacco industry regulations).
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and Texas
- Fluent in both Chinese and English (essential for communication and handling products).
- Proactive, responsible, and a good team player.
We offer:
- Pay rate starting from 16 - 20 / hours
- $150 / month attendance bonus
- $500 / month Warehouse Target bonus
