Warehouse Helper Job Duties Requirements:
- Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, or material handling experience preferred
- Load, unload, inspect, organize, and transport materials safely and efficiently
- Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, stock organization, and material documentation
- Photograph, label, and maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records using CRM, POS, or inventory systems
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a company vehicle for material deliveries and pickups
- Conduct inventory counts and support quarterly inventory audits
- Organize warehouse stock and showroom materials to maintain an orderly, customer-ready environment
- Complete daily equipment inspections, forklift logs, and opening/closing checklists
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse while reporting inventory discrepancies, equipment issues, and maintenance needs
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse software
- Strong communication, customer service, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials while following warehouse safety procedures
