Requirements:
- GED or high school diploma required; technical or trade training preferred.
- Two or more years using manual or CNC mills, lathes, or similar machines (Haas, Mazak, Okuma a plus).
- Can read blueprints, check dimensions, and fine-tune for accuracy.
- Reliable under pressure and proud of precise work.
- Safety-minded and able to handle physical demands.
