Here's what we're after:
- Previous customer service, logistics, warehouse, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and shipment requests
- Communicate with customers, carriers, and warehouse personnel regarding order status and delivery updates
- Enter and maintain accurate data in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Investigate and resolve shipment, inventory, and billing discrepancies
- Generate reports, shipping documents, and inventory records
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight activities
- Provide exceptional customer service while meeting operational deadlines
- Follow company safety, quality, and operational procedures
