Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: 2:20 pm - 10:30 pm, Sunday - Thursday

Looking for Warehouse Associate jobs in Gentry where every day keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.
- Load and unload product trailers safely and efficiently
- Verify trailer numbers and inspect trailers for damage or food safety concerns
- Scan products and enter load information into handheld scanners
- Load correct quantities of product onto conveyors for shipment
- Stack boxes of snack cakes throughout the shift (1,700-4,000 cases per shift)
- Secure loads using inflatable air bags as required
- Remove and report damaged product
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
- Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
- Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
- Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
