Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.
- Previous moving, warehouse, loading/unloading, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to job sites or designated meeting locations
- Pack and prepare customer belongings for transport
- Load and unload moving trucks
- Move furniture, boxes, equipment, and household items
- Handle fragile and valuable items with care
- Use dollies, pallet jacks, and moving straps safely
- Organize and secure items for transportation
- Follow supervisor instructions at job sites
- Maintain professionalism while working with customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
- Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
- Must wear steel-toe footwear
