Here's what we're looking for.
- 2 years of sales experience (medical device, healthcare, or B2B sales preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to work independently while managing a large geographic territory
- Willingness and ability to **travel regularly** within the assigned region
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented mindset
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience selling into hospitals or surgical environments (preferred)
- Familiarity with clinical or technical product sales (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills (preferred)
- Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory by developing new accounts and expanding existing relationships.
- Promote and sell neurosurgical products to hospitals, surgeons, and clinical staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Develop and execute effective territory plans, including account targeting and call strategies.
- Conduct product demonstrations, in-service trainings, and provide procedural support as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Travel regularly throughout the territory to support accounts and drive revenue growth.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
