Schedule: 12:30 PM - 10:00 PM | Monday - Friday
Pay: $19 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Be responsible for preparing and processing outgoing shipments, coordinating carrier pick-ups, and ensuring order accuracy. This role involves updating tracking information, responding to customer inquiries, handling order entry and returns, and maintaining shipping logs. The coordinator also supports administrative tasks such as data entry and filing while working closely with the warehouse and customer service teams to resolve delivery issues and maintain smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Must have two years of related experience
- Previous experience in shipping, customer service, or administrative support preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers, shipping software, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
