Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics training is beneficial.
- Previous shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred
- Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment
- Forklift experience required; forklift test completed before hire
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Experience staging, locating, stocking, picking, loading, and unloading products
- Receive, stage, and organize incoming and outgoing products
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and transactions
- Perform computer-based data entry and warehouse documentation
- Assist with order fulfillment and product movement throughout the facility
- Follow all warehouse safety and quality procedures
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely load, unload, and organize products in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and production conditions as required.
