Pay | $22 per hour
Schedules Available | 1st shift and 2nd shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and adjust production equipment to meet product specifications and ensure consistent quality.
- Monitor machinery and product output, troubleshooting issues and maintaining efficient operation.
- Follow recipes, batch instructions, and record production data accurately.
- Perform regular quality checks, report deviations, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain compliance with USDA food safety and company safety standards.
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and production teams to support daily goals and process improvements.
- Propose and assist with efficiency improvements and production reporting.
- Train and guide new operators to ensure team success.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (food industry preferred).
- Knowledge of USDA food safety standards and California state regulations.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production machinery.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
