Essential Functions & Responsibilities-
Achieve and exceed sales goals and performance metrics through proactive prospecting and relationship management

Generate new business through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic follow-up

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects

Conduct consultative sales conversations to identify client needs and recommend tailored Property & Casualty insurance solutions

Build long-term client relationships through consistent communication and service

Effectively manage follow-ups, handle objections, and close new business opportunities

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions using CRM systems

Stay informed on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, market trends, and regulatory updates

Perform additional duties as assigned

High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Active Property & Casualty insurance license in the candidate's home state (required)

Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems and sales technology

Completion of required Insurance Continuing Education (CE)
