Hours and Pay
1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday | $19.50/hour
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday - Friday | $20.50/hour
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Sunday - Thursday | $21.00/hour
Employment Type: Temp to hire
Daily Tasks and Requirements
- Operate sit-down forklifts and reach trucks to move materials between production and storage areas
- Sort, weigh, shrink wrap, and pack product
- General warehouse housekeeping
- Retrieve and place materials on racks for inventory and production needs
- Load and unload pallets and trucks as needed
- Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure forklifts are in top working condition
- Complete inventory management tasks, including scanning and tracking material movement
- Use battery-operated hand tools when necessary

Requirements:
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating stand-up/sit-down forklifts and reach trucks (Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred)
- Strictly adhere to all GMPs and company safety policies
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in environments with fluctuating temperatures and noise levels
- Able to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining high accuracy
