What It Takes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or production setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn plating line processes
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly
Preferred Experience
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, plating, or production experience preferred
- Experience with inspection, packaging, or material handling is a plus

What You Will Do On the Floor
- Provide production support to line operators to maintain efficient workflow and meet daily output goals
- Perform post-plating procedures, including proper rinsing and drying of finished parts
- Inspect products for quality standards and prepare items for packaging and shipment
- Follow packaging procedures to ensure accuracy and product protection
- Learn and apply racking techniques to maximize part quality and production quantity
- Build and adjust racks to optimize capacity for new and existing products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area at all times
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Operate safely around production equipment and understand related safety devices
