Food Production Associate – 1st & 2nd Shift
Location: Milaca, MN
- 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM | $17/hr
- 2nd Shift: 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM | $18/hr
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday (with potential overtime)
We’re looking for dependable and motivated individuals to join a fast-paced food production team. This role is ideal for someone who works well with others, follows instructions carefully, and can stay positive and productive throughout the shift.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare tools, equipment, and workstations at the start of each shift
- Operate or assist with production machinery to keep workflow steady
- Maintain quality standards and report any issues immediately
- Work in a cold environment while handling food products
- Stay active—lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move throughout your shift
- Work independently or in a team to meet daily production goals
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures at all times
Requirements
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts (Monday–Thursday)
- Comfortable working in a cold production environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks
- Must be comfortable working with and handling different types of meat products as part of the production process.
- Good attitude, reliability, and strong attention to instructions
