Pay Rate:
- $15.50/hour base pay
- $1/hour attendance bonus - simply complete your scheduled shift to earn more!
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
- No weekends! Steady weekday schedule
As a Production Loader, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by loading and unloading test materials from packaging equipment in a clean, organized environment. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and values safety and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Load/unload products from secondary packaging equipment
- Keep your workspace neat and organized in line with 5S standards
- Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE
- Communicate respectfully with team members and supervisors
- Support company mission and values through your daily work
