Loader A Loader builds loads for outbound shipments and unloads inbound shipments. Towmaster Loaders work with a variety of supply chain partners to ensure the fleet is in good repair and the supply chain is supported. Responsibilities Load products onto flatbeds and open deck trailers for transport for both internal product and outside vendors. Partner with drivers to ensure effective load creation and delivery. Operate a variety of forklifts, cranes, and manual tools. Maintain fleet vehicles. Qualifications Able to lift and move up to 50lbs in a variety of positions and motions. Able to work in a variety of weather for extended periods of time. Experience with manufacturing environments a plus.
