Requirements
- Experience with email correspondence and customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Familiarity with graphic-art or print-production software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and order accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with printing and warehouse teams
- Ability to review print-job details and identify discrepancies
- Dependable attendance and professional work ethic
Job Duties
- Manage internal and external email communications
- Respond to customer and team inquiries professionally
- Process and coordinate graphic-design and print orders
- Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and graphic-art software daily
- Deliver print jobs to the appropriate printers
- Coordinate with warehouse employees throughout the day
- Confirm that orders are printed correctly
- Review print-job details using graphic-printing software
- Verify order specifications before production
- Monitor order progress and communicate relevant updates
- Provide customer service and resolve basic order questions
- Report printing errors or order discrepancies
- Assist with additional order-processing tasks as needed
