What You'll Bring
- Know-How. High school diploma or GED in hand and have a minimum of 3-4 years of solid time on a press brake or similar metal machine.
- Sharp Steady. You read blueprints, measure twice, and make it right every time with proficiency in programming, math comprehension and quality inspection.
- Strong Like Steel. You can lift, move, and stand all shift without breaking a sweat.
- Safety in Your DNA. You play it smart, follow shop rules, and look out for your crew.

Your Role on the Floor
- Set up and run CNC press brake machines to bend and form metal parts
- Read blueprints and work orders to make sure every bend hits spec
- Choose the right dies, punches, tooling, and materials for each job
- Inspect finished pieces with calipers or gauges to check accuracy
- Perform routine maintenance to keep machines clean, safe, and running smoothly every shift
