Job Duties
- Inspect residential and commercial properties for signs of pest activity and entry points.
- Apply approved pesticides, baits, and traps safely; seal entry points; and educate customers on pest prevention.
- Maintain accurate service records, operate a company vehicle, and ensure equipment and supplies are properly stocked while following all safety regulations.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred unless otherwise specified.
- Additional education, certifications, or vocational training may be beneficial depending on the position.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience Requirements
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Commitment to quality, safety, professionalism, and dependable attendance.
- Ability to learn new processes, procedures, equipment, or software as required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to obtain state-required pest control licenses or certifications.
Physical Capabilities

- Candidates should be able to safely perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
