Pay Rate: Pay Rate: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Education Requirements- Previous pest control, maintenance, construction, facilities, or related experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Job Duties
- Inspect residential and commercial properties for signs of pest activity and identify entry points.
- Safely apply approved pesticides, baits, traps, and other treatment methods.
- Seal small openings to help prevent infestations.
- Educate customers on pest prevention and sanitation practices.
- Maintain accurate service records using mobile technology.
- Operate company service vehicles while following established safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to inspect residential and commercial properties for signs of pest activity and entry points.
- Knowledge of safe pesticide application, pest prevention methods, and integrated pest management practices is preferred.
- Ability to follow service schedules, safety procedurs, and state and federal pest control regulations.
- Strong attention to detail when identifying pest issues, documenting findings, and completing treatments.
- Dependable attendance and the ability to work independently in a variety of indorr and outdoor environments.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to obtain state-required pest control licenses or certifications.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment, chemicals, and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely handle and apply pesticides while follopwing established safety procedures and wearing required protective equipment.
- Comfortable working in tight, confined spaces, crawl spaces, basements, and various weather conditions.
- Physical ability to wear protective gear and perform inspections in challenging environments.
