What's Expected
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience (1-2 years)
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work every shift
- Strong attention to detail for quality and accuracy
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, or basic equipment
- Safety-focused mindset - follow PPE and workplace rules
What You'll Do
- Be trained to read blueprints, specifications, and assembly instructions
- Assemble or process mechanical and electrical type components
- Responsible for following documented instructions
- Responsible for completing applicable assembly and test records
