- Prior experience in apartment maintenance or similar field (supervisory experience preferred)
- HVAC certification strongly preferred
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance systems
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and participate in daily maintenance operations for a multi-unit residential community
- Supervise, train, and support maintenance staff
- Ensure timely completion of work orders, unit turns, and preventative maintenance
- Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
- Maintain property appearance, safety, and compliance with all regulations
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
- Manage inventory, supplies, and maintenance budgets
- Respond to emergency maintenance issues as required
