Mail Sorter Details

  • Schedule: Tuesdays and Sundays off | Must be flexible | Start time is between 6 AM - 8 AM | 6 - 10-hour shifts (depending on workload) | Usually 30 - 35 hours per week
  • Pay: $17/hr.

Daily tasks include separating and grouping mail by zip code by USPS requirements. Must be able to read and interpret numbers, letter odes, have dexterity sufficient to efficiently sort mail pieces into the proper sort tubs or boxes, and ability to lift 70 pounds. Additional tasks include applying various USPS sort stickers and bar-coded tags on prepared sort tubs. Closed-toe shoes are required. Entry level; training will be provided!
