Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.
- Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to work in a dusty manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Korean language skills are a plus, but not required
- Quick learner with a flexible, team-oriented attitude
- Operate tableting machinery to produce capsules and tablets
- Load 50-pound bags of powder into production equipment
- Monitor machine performance and product quality
- Assist with cleaning and sanitation of work areas and equipment
- Support other departments as needed through cross-training
- Follow safety, quality, and production procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.
- Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Machine Operator.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
