Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Experience working with automated equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to troubleshoot minor production issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Operate and monitor automated bottling and packaging equipment
- Supply production lines with bottles, caps, and packaging materials
- Perform quality inspections throughout the production process
- Verify fill levels, labeling accuracy, and product integrity
- Inspect finished products for defects and compliance standards
- Assist with equipment adjustments, changeovers, and minor troubleshooting
- Package finished goods and prepare products for shipment
- Maintain production quotas while ensuring quality and accuracy
- Keep work areas clean and compliant with safety and GMP standards
- Steel-toe boots required
- Ability to stand for the entire shift
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the workday
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a production environment
