Overview:
Hiring Machine Operators / General Utility employees to support production operations. This is a full-time union role offering strong pay progression, benefits, and long-term stability.
Job Responsibilities- Operate and monitor production and packaging machines.
- Load materials and supplies onto production lines.
- Inspect products for quality and packaging defects.
- Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and cleaning.
- Monitor equipment and report any issues to supervisors.
- Move materials and finished products as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all production, quality, and safety procedures.
- Perform general labor duties and assist with other production tasks as assigned.
Pay & Schedule:
- Starting rate: $16.25 or 16.75/hour
- Annual increases of $1.00/hour, up to $20.50/hour
- 40-hour work week with mandatory overtime
