Pay Rate: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
Shift: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift

Requirements- 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing experience (automotive manufacturing preferred).
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing production needs.
- Willing to pass pre-employment WorkKeys testing (Reading, Math, Locating Information, and Observation).
Job Duties
- Assemble and package parts on a production line.
- Operate manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines, grinders, presses, and test stations.
- Inspect parts using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Read blueprints and follow work instructions.
- Set up, change over, and perform basic maintenance on machines.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S).
- Support quality inspections and troubleshoot production issues.
- Follow all safety, quality, and lean manufacturing procedures.
- Assist with other production tasks as needed.
