- Experience in LIHTC compliance, affordable housing, or property management. (2-3 years)
- Knowledge of IRS and state housing agency rules.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage LIHTC compliance, including tenant income and rent certifications.
- Maintain accurate records for audits, investor reporting, and regulatory reviews.
- Assist property teams with training and guidance on LIHTC regulations.
- Serve as the point of contact for auditors, investors, and government agencies.
