Here's what it takes to succeed with us.
- Electrical estimating experience in commercial and/or industrial construction
- Strong blueprint reading and takeoff skills
- High level of accuracy, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with estimating software and related tools
- Journeyman license preferred
- Ability to liftupto 50 lbs when required
- Ability to stand for extended periods as needed
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet bid deadlines

What You'll Do
- Prepare accurate electrical cost estimates for commercial and industrial projects
- Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for labor, materials, and equipment
- Utilize estimating software to develop competitive bids and proposals
- Analyze project risks, scope changes, and cost variables
- Collaborate with project managers, field leadership, and vendors
- Maintain organized estimating files and historical cost data
- Support bid reviews and respond to scope clarifications as needed
