Job Duties- Manage inventory control programs, inventory analysis, reporting, and performance metrics
- Monitor inventory levels and identify opportunities to improve inventory turns and reduce excess stock
- Provide recommendations on purchasing strategies, inventory planning, and material disposition
- Track and manage purchase orders, including over-commits, cancellations, and schedule changes
- Lead cycle count programs, inventory reconciliations, audits, and inventory accuracy initiatives
- Support Engineering Change Notice (ECN) material disposition activities
- Review, reconcile, and close manufacturing work orders and inventory variances
- Coordinate product and inventory transfers between manufacturing locations
- Develop reports and analyze inventory trends using ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field; equivalent experience considered
Experience Requirements
- 3 years of inventory analysis, inventory control, or supply chain experience
- Manufacturing experience as a planner, scheduler, or inventory specialist preferred
- Cost accounting experience strongly preferred
- APICS certification is a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Access experience preferred
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems; Visual ERP experience is a plus
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
