Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 7 AM - 3:30 PM with some overtime

Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to follow work instructions, packaging procedures, and quality standards.
Experience Requirements
- Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or quality inspection experience preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Ability to accurately inspect and package products while maintaining production goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify visual defects.
- Basic understanding of quality inspection processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety.
- Steel-toe shoes required.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to sit and/or stand for up to 8 hours per shift with scheduled break periods.
- Fine and gross motor skills required for inspection and packaging duties.
- Frequent reaching, bending, and intermittent walking throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move containers weighing up to 33 pounds.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand movements and packaging tasks.
Job Duties
- Visually inspect round tool components for quality defects before packaging.
- Package finished parts using rubber bands, packing paper, and approved materials.
- Box, label, and strap products according to shipping and customer requirements.
- Verify product quality and packaging accuracy before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow quality standards, work instructions, and safety procedures at all times.
- Support production goals by maintaining efficiency and attention to detail.
