Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors with a warm, professional welcome and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and route incoming calls and emails promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room calendars. - Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document handling.
- Assist with ordering office supplies and monitoring inventory levels.
- Support company events and meetings by preparing materials and coordinating logistics.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper check-in and check-out procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to support daily office operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment (copiers, printers, etc.).
- Team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to help where needed.
