Requirements
- Previous event, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and outgoing attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow event procedures and provide exceptional guest service
Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide a welcoming event experience
- Assist attendees with event registration and check-in
- Direct guests to event areas and answer general questions
- Maintain the VIP Lounge by keeping the area clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Distribute product samples and assist customers in the retail/store area
- Restock merchandise and event supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional event space
- Support event operations and assist with additional duties as assigned
