The Skills You Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of call center or phone-based customer service experience required
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems while on calls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/call management systems
- Reliable attendance and strong time-management skills
