Shift: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Training will take place from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM for around 2 weeks

This Role's a Match If You:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of call center or customer service experience
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Basic technical knowledge or aptitude
- Solid computer skills and familiarity with software/hardware operations
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Answer incoming calls and emails, following up on previous customer issues
- Document call details, installation notes, and product information
- Research product/part information and maintain records using web-based systems
- Make warranty-related decisions for water heating and related equipment
