How to Qualify as a CNC Machine Operator
- Entry-level machining experience or manufacturing background preferred
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, bore gauges)
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

- Tend and monitor CNC machines in a production setting
- Load and unload parts from machines efficiently and safely
- Perform basic in-process inspections to ensure product quality
- Conduct final inspections prior to packaging
- Package finished goods according to company standards

- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
