Pay: $22.00/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday
In this role, you'll support manufacturing builds, assist with process development, and ensure products meet the highest quality standards - all while working within a clean,organized production setting.
Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing builds and assembly processes
- Read and follow detailed instructions, blueprints, and specifications
- Align materials and assemble components into complex units
- Assist with prototype fabrication and testing fixture development
- Cross-train in other areas as needed to support production goals
- Inspect and verify output quality to ensure compliance with company standards
- Maintain a safe, clean workspace and follow all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2-3 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
- Proficient in using precision measuring tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Able to stand, walk, and liftupto 50 lbs as needed
