As a Accounts Receivable Specialist in Tomball, you'll process invoices, track payments, and make the numbers behave. This role is perfect if you enjoy tidy records, color-coded spreadsheets, and checking things off the list.
Requirements:
- 2 years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Accounting experience.
- Required experience using NetSuite ERP.
- Knowledge of invoicing, collections, cash application, and account reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
Job Duties:
- Create and send accurate customer invoices on time.
- Process and apply customer payments, including ACH, wire transfers, checks, and credit cards in NetSuite ERP.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on past-due balances.
- Respond to customer billing questions and provide payment support.
- Partner with Sales, Logistics, and Production teams to ensure billing accuracy.
- Maintain organized records of accounts receivable transactions and documentation.
- Assist with month-end close activities, reporting, and account reconciliations.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required records.
- Help improve accounts receivable processes and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
