Account Manager - New Iberia, LA
Pay: $19-$20/hr | Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

About the Role
Staffmark has partnered with a leading company in New Iberia, LA, to hire an Account Manager who is organized, proactive, and people-oriented. In this role, you'll manage accounts, support collections, and contribute to the company's commitment to exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Manage credit policy, including reviewing applications, setting credit lines, and monitoring accounts
- Generate invoices, apply payments, and verify credit approvals
- Conduct accounts receivable aging analysis and support bad debt management
- Proactively follow up on collections via phone and email to reduce past-due balances and DSO
- Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation
- Open new accounts, review existing accounts, and resolve customer disputes collaboratively
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in accounts receivable, corporate collections, or account management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using technology and business software to manage accounts
- People-oriented with a professional and proactive approach
