Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 9AM - 5:30PM
- Monday - Friday
- Plus Overtime
Pay Rate:
- $25 - $30 / hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional to support growing e-commerce
operations. This role focuses on managing back-end processes within the Amazon ecosystem,
ensuring accurate inventory management, order placement, and coordination with
international suppliers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels across e-commerce platforms (primarily Amazon)
- Place purchase orders and track shipments from international vendors
- Coordinate logistics, shipping timelines, and product availability
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and supply chain activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to support forecasting and planning
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies or operational issues
- Support general e-commerce and administrative functions as needed
Job Requirements:
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems/platforms
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon preferred) or inventory systems
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations is a plus
