We are seeking a driven and organized Account Manager to manage daily operations and maintain strong client relationships at a client site in Somerset, NJ. This salaried position is ideal for someone with leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
This is a salaried, full-time role perfect for someone with leadership experience in a service-based environment. You’ll work closely with a team to support the client’s needs, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure performance expectations are consistently met. Occasional extra hours may be required based on operational demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily onsite operations to ensure service quality and operational efficiency
- Serve as the main point of contact for the client, ensuring clear communication and accountability
- Coordinate staffing needs in partnership with internal support teams and local branches.
- Adapt your leadership style to work effectively with various personalities and operational dynamics
- Perform administrative duties, such as maintain timekeeping for employees and payroll reports.
- Perform employee counseling, disciplinary warnings, and incident/accident reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership or account management role within a client-facing or service-oriented environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain composure and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Fluency in Spanish is required to communicate with a diverse workforce
