Job Description:
- Manage multiple civil/environmental engineering projects across water supply, treatment, distribution, and wastewater collection, pumping, and treatment.
- Serve as primary client contact and represent projects in public meetings.
- Lead and mentor project teams and oversee QA/QC for design reviews.
- Coordinate permitting, bidding, plan/spec development, and construction admin.
- Conduct site evaluations, prepare improvement alternatives and cost estimates.
- Review land development plans and ensure compliance with Act 537 and Chapter 94.
- Coordinate field work, sewer evaluations, and contractor activities.
