Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree (or comparable experience)
- Gathering requirements from clients areas and business units
- Serving as technical liaison between programming staff and end-users
- Writing organized and clear specifications

- Using established templates to create RFP's and interact with vendors
- Strong MS Office skills including Powerpoint, Excel, Word
