Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bilingual Recruiting Specialist based in Goodyear, AZ. The Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for identifying staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. They will also manage the onboarding process, support hiring managers in making optimal recruitment decisions, and assist in employee training initiatives. Strong communication and collaboration with various stakeholders will be key to success in this position.
Qualifications
- Experience with Hiring and Recruiting processes, including sourcing and screening candidates.
- Proficiency in Interviewing and evaluating candidates to assess suitability for roles.
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, in both English and a second language (bilingual proficiency is a must).
- Experience in Training activities and providing onboarding support to new hires.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Understanding of compliance and employment laws applicable to the recruitment process.
- Prior experience in staffing or human resources is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
