This role involves product testing, inspections, documentation, and ensuring compliance with GMP, HACCP, and quality standards.Essential FunctionsPerform physical, analytical, and sensory evaluations using laboratory equipmentIdentify and isolate non-conforming materials and issue hold orders as neededProcess system holds and releases using the inventory management systemConduct QA inspections during production to evaluate products and processesCollect product samples for analytical and microbiological testing (internal and third-party labs)Perform environmental monitoring, ATP, allergen, and swab testingComplete third-party lab submissions and verify documentationPrepare and complete shift pass-down reportsPerform weekly laboratory equipment calibrations on a rotational basisInspect production rooms to ensure cleanliness and readiness (Pre-Op Inspection with LOTO)Conduct and document GMP, Glass, and Brittle Plastic inspectionsAudit HACCP documentation and paperworkAssist in compiling quality and statistical dataMaintain cleanliness and organization of the quality lab at all timesFollow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP requirements, and uniform policiesSupport additional projects and responsibilities as assignedMinimum QualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams)Experience with Inventory Management SystemsExperience with Quality Data Management Systems3–5 years of Quality Assurance experienceEducation & Physical RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbsCompany DescriptionStaffing Company (Confidential)
